Unfortunately some of our competitors have adopted a very aggressive policy when permiting previews of their products.  Consequently some customers are reluctant to provide certain details about themselves for fear that they will be relentlessly persued therafter by telesales personnel eager to convert the preview into a sale.

 

At Artisan training productions we do not employ telesales staff but rely on the fact that if the customer is serious in wanting a preview prior to a potential purchase, then they will buy the product anyway if the price and quality are satisfactory.

 

We do not even make your phone number a required field, however due to the uncertain sales environment of the internet, to protect our copyrights we have to determine if the potential customer is in fact a serious corporate enquirer or just as so often happens somebody looking for something for nothing or similar timewasters.

 

Please do not be put off by our request for some information from you before forwarding a preview link to you, we are only trying to confirm that you are in fact a person with serious intentions relating to our products.

 

We guarantee you will not be pestered with phone calls from us, we may enquire by email on your thoughts of the product you previewed but will not bother you further, the buying choice is up to you. You of course still have the option to phone us if you need further information.

 

By the way, we will never pass your email address or any other information you give us to another third party, we always respect your privacy and security.
